on building a schedule. 

I like having time in the morning carved out for just me.  I enjoy it when I have it, and I'm actively participating in the action of it. 

Then I kinda drop of the habit, and it takes some time for me to get back on that trail.

I really enjoy learning new things, but my emotional landscape is kind of blah.

There are moments of emotional outbursts, but learning how to express myself has been a journey, since I was taught as child into the teens to surpress my emotions or HIDE them behind a mask.

This is something that I've journaled about before.  But it's an old learned habit to retreat behind the mask. 

But I have thoughts.  I'm not really ready to put them into form yet.
