Raise Your Vibration: Day 5

Today's Vibe of the Day talked about taking care of the Earth and giving gratitude for Her. It had an exercise of child pose, but instead I went outside.  It had snowed rather nicely last night and late afternoon yesterday.  It was in the mid 20s for the day.  I wanted to go out and take some pictures.  So I went out and cleared off my car and my roommates car, and then went for walk.  I gave Reiki to a cedar tree and enjoyed the beauty of the white blanket around me.  There were kids on the sledding hill, people walking dogs, and general positive vibes.

Vibe of the Day:.

The author provided his own prayer, but also stated you could offer your own.  When I'm out in Nature I am sharing Reiki and giving gratitude.  I had already wanted to go outside today.  Since ... snow.  Besides I'm going somewhere tomorrow, and I needed to clear of the the car.  Since my roommate is short, I also cleared off most of her car too.  Then I went for a walk. Watched kiddos sled down the hill, and shared Reiki.
