So I didn't follow the meal plan.  Mainly because I was out of the house for most of the day.  I also didn't drink my water right off the bat, like I normally do.   Which means my water is off today.  I had  more sugar than I normally do. 

I'm still not hitting the caloric intake right now.  I'm within usually about 100 to 200 calories.

I can feel it in my body, the inflammation.   I mentioned to my roommate that the dairy response, she asked if I was taking my dairy supplement.  No. I'm making a decision based on my body.  And I shouldn't have to take a supplement to digest something that my body doesn't like on a daily basis.

So I'm starting to look at recipes that will supplement the caloric intake in some of the meals with food that I know my body accepts food.

I have to say that the treats had today, were really good and delicious.
