I woke up hungry today. Which isn't a surprise because I missed a meal and snack yesterday with the vision board work and running like a crazy woman.

So this morning I took out a frozen BodyArmor Lyte (20 calories), and Some Chobani Complete. for a snack before breakfast.  I feel that by doing that if I can stay on schedule it will be easier to incorporate all the meals into the day. Then be missing one.
