You are on the edge of something great. Can you feel it? Yes, there is risk, uncertainty, and imperfections ahead, failure is certain and vulnerability is a requirement. You must be brave and trust yourself more than ever before. You will reach the dream, but you must stretch yourself into a whole new level of belief and willingness in order to move forward with courage.

Today I was doing my massages and realizing that my shoulder was getting tight when people's tissue were in resistence. But when I backed off and worked with the tissue instead of against it my shoulder calmed down.
Realizing that my practice is changing as I work with people more on an energetic level instead of a physical level, but also realizing that I need to work with my energy as well.
I got a little emotional thinking about what I needed to do. Because I'm realizing that I don't need another job, I need to create my business.. It scares the shit out of me, but I know that every time it comes round, it's getting easier to see me running my own show.
