Snack was Lemon Custard Yogurt and some cheese with a carbonated water drink.
Lunch was 1 cup Silk Protein, 1 cup yogurt, 1 cup cherries, 3T thick oats, 2T chia seeds, 1 Date, 1/2t turmeric, a grind of pepper, 1 protein scoop
Dinner was from Roti chicken cabob salad with greens, fresh veggies, pickled cabbage and onions, olives, feta, garlic sauce and green spicy sauce.
