Day 6

Today I chose to sleep in. Sleep in for the win. Before I got up, I did day 6. I like the multiple day exercises. Though I feel that I got feel that I got more out of the exercises yesterday just in the awareness than I did today. That being said, I was also on my feet more today than I was yesterday, and I was wearing shoes that I normally do not wear today all day than I did yesterday.

So my feet really hurt. Mainly my right foot. Right underneath the two little toes next to the big toe. So I looked it up on the reflexology chart, and that area corresponds with the eye. And I'm like what's going on with the eye? And then I remember in the mornings my eye is usually not so much lazy, but not quite opening up as much. It's in large part because of the tissue above the eye, but the more I allow it, the more the tissue closes. If that makes sense.

So I spend some time working on this area through manual muscle manipulation, a lacrosse, and my percussion gun. Really unhappy with the attention. But it needed it.

In regards to the hips today, I did feel the stretch much better today than I did yesterday. I also felt some tension in my lower back along the ql and the lattice Miss dorsai. Just Between the iliac crest and the lower ribs. That dissipated with the second round of exercises that I did.

I noticed again with the evening walk, by going slow, and allowing my body to mindfully move, that the fluid retention that I usually have in my hands was not present. I also did some earthing in the gardens. Apparently there was a group of Muslims and there was a couple I'm assuming that was engaged tonight. Someone had set up this stand of red roses shaped as a heart and then like a sign underneath it that said will you marry me? And underneath the heart where these white candles all lit. I'm assuming she said yes, because the guys and the girls were really happy.

But I can really see the seasons getting ready to change. I see it when I drive as well. Some of the sumacs are changing color, some of the trees are changing color, some of the Roses near the lake are getting that spotty kind of thing it usually gets when the temperature isn't quite right. It's going to be 53° tonight. That's kind of autumnish.

I have not made it through all of last night's audio, but for the most part, there is a bout of clapping to a beat against my body. And mostly snoring and some coughing. And I think the coughing is snoring is happening because I haven't been drinking enough fluid lately. I do have the new filters for my air filter that came in today. Which I'll be changing tomorrow. I'm preparing to do a round of cleaning in my room, which means I'm probably going to deconstruct my room so I can do that cleaning.

But I don't no if I'm going to do it tomorrow or on thursday. I have a couple things that I need to do tomorrow before the massage that I have scheduled at 11:00, and then I'm seeing my aunt again tomorrow for homework. And then on Wednesday I have work, followed by new moon circle. Thursday I took the day off. And I work friday, followed by class. Saturday and Sunday I work. And then I'm off monday, tuesday, and Friday and Saturday next week. I am hoping that I can get an oil change in during that time that I'm off. Which is cool though I think I need to call my dad tomorrow to see where he is with the car. Because I would really like to get the maintenance done.

I plan on doing an EFT meditation before I go to sleep tonight. My bed is all made, my legs are elevated, and my wedges behind my back, which all helps me sleep quite well. I even added an extra layer of blankets just on the off chance that I might need them when it gets down to 53. I am so stoked, because usually I have my curtains folded upwards so my fan can run. But since it's going be 53 tonight, I can close my curtains. Which means no light comes in. I might sleep past 5:00 or 6:00. This is great!

I walked to and from work.

I had breakfast chobani complete peach with fresh peach and raspberries.
Missed Snack had some buffalo chicken wrap things, and a cheese stick with carbonated water.
Had a salad for late lunch
Had half a lamb bowl from a greek restaurant and some baklava.

Currently on my second 50.7 oz + some Body Armor Lyte

got 7 hours of sleep and some kitten cuddles this morning

Breakfast was 1 cup Silk Protein, 1 cup yogurt, 1 cup cherries, 3T thick oats, 2T chia seeds, 1 Date, 1/2t turmeric, a grind of pepper, 1 protein scoop
Lunch was from Roti meal bowl with pickled cabbage and onions, hummus, chicken, dill sauce, fresh grilled veggies, and rice.

Dinner was from Roti chicken cabob salad with greens, fresh veggies, pickled cabbage and onions, olives, feta, garlic sauce and green spicy sauce.
